The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) act requires companies with 100 or more employees to notify affected workers 60 days prior to closures and layoffs.
WARN data includes the name of the employer, business location, number of affected workers, type (layoff or closure) and effective

The Trade Act program assists trade-affected workers who have lost their jobs as a result of increased imports or shifting their

Oregon's WARN List
All of Oregon’s WARN notices are received by the Oregon Dislocated Worker Unit. The received WARN notices are placed on Oregon’s list of
filed WARN Notices and are available to the public. The list can be searched and sorted by employer, notification date, layoff type city
and layoff numbers.
